Terms of Service

Orders & payment

All prices are in EUR, VAT included where applicable. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Shipping

We ship within the EU. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on product pages; they are estimates, not guarantees.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the items unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
